Wheels (“wheel” or “product”) manufactured by Podium Wheels LLC (“us” or “we”) and purchased after November 1st, 2025 are subject to a lifetime structural replacement warranty and a one year finish warranty.
This warranty applies only to new wheels sold directly by Podium Wheels or through an authorized distributor, to the original retail purchaser (“you” or “purchaser”). The warranty is non-transferable when the wheels are sold in a private sale. To the fullest extent recognized by the laws of the state where the purchaser purchased the wheels, our limited warranty defines the rights of the purchaser, and limits Podium Wheels liability with regard to all warranty claims.
We reserve the right to deny any claim we determine in its sole discretion is false, incomplete or inaccurate, or where all eligibility requirements have not been met. Warranty requests for either a defective wheel or damaged wheel must be submitted online using our Warranty Form for review to receive a Warranty Ticket (WT) number. Claims cannot be submitted by phone or email. No products may be sent back for warranty claim without a valid WT number. Warranty claims may not be submitted by a distributor on behalf of a purchaser. A copy of the original invoice will be required to be submitted as proof of purchase. The defective product must be returned prior to shipment of the replacement. To expedite the shipment of a replacement product, the purchaser can choose to pay for a new product at full retail price and then receive a full refund upon receipt of the defective product. No refund can be made in this situation if the exchanged product is not returned. If the original product was purchased on sale or group buy, we will honor the price from the date of purchase up to one year from the purchase date. All open WT’s are valid for a maximum of 30 days from date of issue. If the wheel is not returned within that time frame then the purchaser will need to file for a new Warranty Ticket. We must have the defective or damaged merchandise within 30 days or the process will have to start over. No exceptions.
Warranty replacement products must be the same design, diameter, width, offset, profile, bolt pattern, and finish as the original wheel. Wheels that have been altered or modified or repaired in any way from their original specifications, are not eligible for this warranty.
Warranty claims for wheels that become discontinued after purchase will provide a store credit to use towards another currently available wheel valued at the original wheel’s purchase price, not to exceed MSRP. No credit will be provided for the difference in price if a wheel of lesser value is selected.
Podium Wheels reserves the right to occasionally sell wheels that are open box, display wheels, blemished wheels or used wheels at a discounted price. These wheels are not covered by any warranty, structural or finish and the Purchaser acknowledges that we are not responsible for any damages or failures that may occur.
Warranty replacements for wheels that are out of stock will be treated as backordered if fulfillable within 90-120 days. If it is determined that new stock will not arrive within that time frame then the claim will be processed as a discontinued item unless the applicant accepts the additional wait.
Podium Wheels will cover the cost of ground freight for the replacement wheel only for warranty claims shipped to the customer within the 48 mainland US states and also Alaska and Hawaii. Replacement wheels will be shipped by ground transportation unless otherwise needed. The Purchaser will be responsible for paying the shipping of the defective wheel and are to provide a tracking number via email. If we do not receive the defective wheel then we reserve the right to not credit the Purchaser for the defective wheel. We are not responsible for the cost of expedited shipping but will cover the difference to those that need the expedited shipping.
Except as specifically set forth below, Podium Wheels warrants that its wheels, when properly installed on its intended application, will be free from structural defects in material or workmanship under normal and reasonable use. We agree, without charge, to replace a wheel that fails during this limited warranty period because of defects in material or workmanship.
This limited warranty only covers manufacturing defects already present in the wheels from the factory such as:
This limited warranty does not cover any damage arising from:
Rim cracks or bends are not warrantable if there is a clear sign of impact that caused the damage. Warrantied wheels are inspected upon receipt and any sign of abuse such as impact damage that could cause a failure would disqualify the claim and the wheel be returned at the customer’s expense.
We are not responsible for any property damage or physical injury caused by improper fitment. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure that the wheel purchased for their vehicle will not cause damage to:
Recommendations from our staff are not a guarantee that fitment will be trouble free. We do not guarantee any fitment based on the opinions of its staff, dealer network, or fitment guides. The Purchaser understands that there are numerous variables that can affect fitments that are not in our control such as:
Purchaser understands that the installation of wheels may require modification to their vehicle for proper fitment which may include:
Even with modifications all rubbing may not be completely eliminated and the purchaser accepts occasional rubbing such as rubbing the inner fender liner at full lock to be normal.
Under no circumstances will Podium Wheels be responsible for damages to persons or property caused by improper modifications that cause any sort of catastrophic failure to the wheel, car and people. It is the responsibility of the Purchaser to ensure all modifications are installed, torqued, and maintained properly.
Except as specifically set forth below, Podium Wheels warrants that its wheels’ finishes will be free from peeling or lifting from the face of the wheel for a period of one year from the date of the purchaser’s purchase. We agree, without charge, to replace a wheel where the finish fails during this one-year limited warranty period because of defects in material or workmanship.
Customers are responsible for inspecting all new wheels prior to tire installation or vehicle use, as damage caused during installation or normal use will not be covered. Please inspect wheels upon arrival before installation for any issues.
This limited warranty does not cover:
The purchaser understands that small paint pops, dust, lint or hair may be present in the finish of the wheel. The following are considered normal:
Paint pops that are larger than the tip of a ballpoint pen and any lint or hair that is longer than 2mm will only be warranted if they are on the front face or on the side of the spokes in a visually significant area of the wheel when installed on a vehicle.

Furthermore, to the maximum extent permitted by law, Podium Wheels shall not be held liable for any catastrophic failure of its wheels, whether on the street or during any off-road applications. The purchaser assumes all risk and responsibility for the use, maintenance, and operation of the wheels, including but not limited to failures resulting from accidents, improper use, or conditions outside of the company’s control.
